At MTS service is paramount to our culture. It is woven through our days serving our patients in their recoveries and in serving our therapist team navigating the healthcare field.

But today it went beyond that to our community at large!

To start off 2026, our team volunteered at the Orange County Rescue Mission (OCRM). OCRM works with people from many walks of life and are all wounded in different ways. Some are highly educated, many are survivors of abuse, addiction and abandonment. None of these people ever imagined they’d be homeless and they are in need of help. OCRM provides the needed assistance in the areas of guidance, counseling, education, job training, shelter, food, clothing, health care and independent living communities.

MTS volunteered time sifting through donated shoes to find their mates, and then sorting those pairs for their next homes. The afternoon was filled with humility, community, and laughter.

If you are interested in volunteering with them, please call (714) 247-4300 or visit their website at www.rescuemission.org!
