MTS 2023 Holiday Party!!!

Being a ‘work remote’ company, we don’t get the opportunity to meet in person with our team daily, as traditional work models dictate. We do keep in touch frequently with our group texts and phone calls to colleagues, but we relish the times we are all in close proximity! 

This 2023 holiday season, MTS gathered at Pinot’s Palette at The District in Tustin for an entertaining evening. Significant others are invited to join and it’s a fun way to mingle with the “other half.” Throughout the night, we were able to recognize company wins with new hires, promotions, increased treating territory, and increased patient visits for the 2023 year. We also got to celebrate personal wins with engagements, weddings, first time homeowners, and a new business venture. We cultivate a supportive community, where a work-life balance is paramount to our success. 

Most of us were humbled by our painting skills, but a few showed off a hidden talent! Instead of being the instructors (as physical therapists as used too), we put ourselves in the shoes of our patients, as a student. Training in a new skill as a novice can have its frustrating moments, but there is a lot of joy along the way, and the finished result instills a sense of pride in the progress. Creativity isn’t always about artwork, but these skills can apply to designing exercise programs to keep our PT sessions engaging, as well.
